七五三/753

6月の帰国時に行ったもう一つの大切な事、それはReneeの七五三の記念撮影と詣で。
詣では、Otat家が子供の頃から詣でをしている波の上神宮へ。

本来は数え3歳（満2歳）・5歳・7歳ですが、現在は満3・5・7歳で行う場合が多いそうです。
今 年の七五三の日（11月15日）は、Reneeの学校が始まっているのと、来年からの幼稚園の受験が始まっている頃なので断念。（10月にあるらしい第一 希望の幼稚園に合格すれば、帰れるけど…）来年は、幼稚園なので休ませる事は出来ないと言う事で、「今回の帰国しか確実に詣でに行ける保障が無い！」とい う事で、繰上げ七五三をしてきました。
その為にLamgも無理を承知で、上司に休暇申請をし、許可して頂きました。
上司さん、この多忙期にありがとうございました。<(_ _)>　（ってこんなとこ見てないか(笑)）

Well, another important thing done when returning Okinawa in June are the visit and commemoration taking a picture of the "Shichi-Go-San"(7,5,3 years old) festival.

We went to "Namino Ue Jingu" shrine where Otat family had visited since childhood.
Originally, it often seems to do by full 7-5-3 years old now though it is count 3(full 2 years old)-5-7 years old.
This year's 7-5-3 day (Nov. 15th) is impossible to return to Okinawa to do it, because her pre-nursery started and there's examination of Kindergarten from Oct.
I also think to bring her back to Okinawa next year's "7-5-3" day but unfortunately there's not allowed to absence kindergarten without any legal communicable disease or gov. announced one so...

Anyway, we'll share some pictures for all of you today.
First 2 photos are Japanese Kimono, second one you know, gown and Ryukyu(Okinawa) dancer's costume. I wanna Renee to try Ryukyu royal costume but there's not popular so photo studio didn't have it. : (

HK's Cousins

Renee has 4 cousins, 2 are in Hong Kong and other 2 are in Okinawa.
In Hong Kong's cousins are near the age with Renee.

Most closest one is "nephew Shu" who's Hide's(Renee's cousin 24 years old) son, he turned 6 months old.

In Hong Kong, Arturo and Claudio who are Lamg's sister's sons and they are very cute and sweet!
Now, Renee can understand English and she grown up by becoming their party to play.

Oh, btw, where's Arturo's photo. : ( I can't find him in our camera....

I proposed to Lamg's sister to bring them to our home during summer holidays and let them to swim in our club house's 2nd out door pool.

Every day Renee is asking me "Mommy, what ko-ko-? daidai doing now?"

I hope they're coming soon! :D

Toilet Fixed

Well, finally fixed.

It's very long for me to completed toilet work.

We ordered a new toilet on July 4th, and it arrived 8th then replaced.
However, yeah, it's not so much smoothly. Rework rework.

After toilet replaced, then the worker left and Lamg checked it.
I didn't say anything because most of people in here not able to speak English.
Need Lamg to deal with them in Cantonese.
Sorry Lamg, but I strongly believe that you may allow me to study Cantonese.
Yeah, that's more useful and worked for many things smoothly.

You know, Lamg is very quiet and too nice.
He won't say any negative things to people. Me?
U know, I don't mind, I'm not hasitate to say if something isn't good.
This area, my friends and family said "You're not like Japanese, very non-Japanese."
I'm fine if they telling me like this. I learned from companies that if I don't say then nothing gonna be changed. :D


Let's back to toilet story,

How come the guy didn't plug properly the hose to the water pipe?
So our rest room still in wet whole day, I don't see the point let them to worked on it.
There's another problem caused by the guy. : (

The guy said "we need to ask management office to help us to stop water supply when they re-work on it" :0

That's CAUSED BY YOU! DON'T CHARGE ME EXTRA!!!!! (we will claim to owner anyway.)

I didn't say anything with their work quality...... I felt I better do it onbehalf the guy.
Yeah, finally I decided to worked on toilet myself and did yesterday to complete.
So fast and smooth! <(｀▽´)b

Lamg said "You're smart, I didn't know the system well."

I am quite good to do DIY. Many things I can do myself if I have equipments and someone take care Renee.
For me, they make too much excuse before try and the way they do isn't smart enough.
Which made me very disappointed, and it's made to get irritated.
I felt that was waste of time and money.
In fact, most of the work, I did during my pregnancy even I hired a helper that time. ┐(´∀｀)┌

I believe that I better open DYI business in here. Yeah, need to study Cantonese first if expected chinese customer.

I am Miki!

I often see the expression to which Renee has been perplexed recently.

I know the reason, she has been perplexed by her name.

She's double resiter at the moment, and she has 2 names.

In Japan, her name is "美希". In Hong Kong "美希 Miki Renee" with our family name, however many public places in Hong Kong calling her "美希（pronunciation is MeiHei）" which is not familer for her.

Family members and friends calling her "Miki" which registerted in Japan and Hong Kong.
Yesterday I taught her Hong Kong name, it's first time for her to listen from my mouth.
(That time I was on the line with clinic to make an appointment for Renee's health check up then she discovered her name is something different...)

She seemsed to have shoecked and she shout "Mommy, I am Miki! I am Miki! Miki Miki Mikiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!" then cried.


I guess she might have thought that she had been denied.

I hug her and taught her "You're lucky person, you have many names which all good and fit to you." then she stopped to cry and asked me many times "Am I good? Am I Miki?"

Yes, you're Miki! You're Miki in anywhere.

Now she shows me big smile and hope she won't in confuse with her name.


I felt Lamg & I did one good thing for her which is resistered Miki for bouth countries.

トイレが壊れた/Toilet broken

Recently, one of the rest rooms in our house broke.

I discovered it after back from Japan.
I clean there every morning, however water remained near the drain ditch on the floor of there.
Strange,,, I wipe and polish only how come water remained....
So I decided Lamg to check it out to confirm whether it's broke or not.

He felt it's broke so we called shop to have check it.

I saw dream about our rest room while stayed Japan.
Various respects seem to begin to break though the apartment house where we live is five years old. Is it the reason many flats are under renovation?

In our flat,
1) Washing machine broke before we move in.
2) Gas table fan broke
3) Peels off many places of Kitchen unit
4) Towel hunger of bath room
5) Electronic supply of bathroom light　　.......... more & more......

The owner of our flat is away from HKG at the moment and back on 10th.
Anyway it's urgent matter and day by day getting more serious, no choice to start to work on this. Otherwise. it will be more serious disaster in other residents and our self.
Fortunately, water is extent from the toilet that begins to permeate.

One of my friend's house got same problem but their one was more serious.
When they were still in sleep, suddenly big sounds came up and my friend out from bed, but her house already became a lake.
She carried her baby and ran off from there to gets help.


I wish the new toilet arrive soon.... We are waiting it with shops call.
Poor Lamg, it's secound time for him.... He got this problem few days before we married.
Luckly his all stuffs have been shipped to new house.

The toilet in Japan doesn't break, because not use sea water. I'm missing Japan toilet. T0T
